City Lakes Substation Sitework

Location: Mt. Pleasant, Texas

Project Description

• New substation project required 6,100 cubic yards of cut to fill and exported excess soil to mound
• Installation of 1,105 cubic yards of flex base material for roads and pad
• Concrete paved entrances with 272 feet of 6' curb
• Placed 230 feet of 18” reinforced concrete pipe, 3 catch basins and cast-in-place headwall with wing walls
• Close coordination with the City of Mt. Pleasant to remove 494 feet of 16" water line and install 579 feet of relocated 16” water line
• Rip rap was placed on station slopes
• Installed 322 square yards of concrete paved channel
