• Existing substation expansion was completes in a congested urban area in Tulsa, OK
• Demolition of existing retaining wall and installed 670 linear feet of precast wall
• Exported 500 cubic yards of excess spoils
• Often, debris was encountered during the construction of pad and wall
• Completed concrete approach with curb
