• Clearing and grubbing of approximately 17 acres in preparation for new station
• Construction of new 10-acre substation site
• Completed excavation and embankment of over 100,000 CY of soil
• Complete restoration of site to include final erosion control, erosion matting, rip rap slopes, seeding and mulching
• Manage security and perimeter fencing
